Shipping and Return

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY:

All deliveries are made within 7 working days. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email and tracking number from us to confirm that your package is on its way. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. We will shipping to domestic and oversea which are included China, South Asia, Hong Kong, Macau, United State, Australia, Europe and Canada. The full shipping fees need to be charged. Customer must contact us prior to purchase for an accurate rate quote.

Domestic (Hong Kong and China) Shipping Policy:

  • Package is shipped via SF express, all items will be shipped and tracking ID will be provide by e-mail within 7 days from the date of payment.
  • Shipping and delivery times are based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Holidays.

International Shipping Policy:

  • Your item will be shipped via EMS for tracking and delivery confirmation purposes.
  • All items will be shipped within 7 days from the date of payment. For the oversea countries shipping scheme, shipping cost will be depending on country and distance package is being sent. (For example : UPS, DHL, Fedex) Please contact us for an accurate rate quote prior to purchase.
  • Shipping and delivery times are based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Holidays.
  • We are not responsible for any fees incurred by customs, tariffs, and taxes.
  • We ship all items labeled as what actual product we sold, such as “handbag”, “accessories”, “belt” and valued at the amount it sold for.
  • We do not include the manufacturers/ brand name on the description.
  • Packages that are refused at customs will not be returnable.

Importance of Shipment:

To follow your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in your confirmation e-mail. Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, you agree to inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.

RETURN POLICY:

If you have received wrong item(s), please ensure that items are returned to us within 3 days in original packaging. For all the returns, you will be required to contact us for a return authorization form before sending anything back to us. We will send you the return authorization no. by e-mail for return confirmation.

We accept 3 working days return subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. We cannot accept any reason of style, color, size for the return.
  2. If any refunds are claimed, the customers are subjected to the following requirements:
    • 2.1 Customers must present the relevant original invoice and all accessories.;
    • 2.2 The items, relative conditions and accessories of the returned merchandises should be equivalent to the description of the relevant invoice;
    • 2.3 The merchandises will not be refunded if any damages, stains and malfunction, etc. caused by improper use.
    • 2.4 The merchandises must be return with our original packaging.
  3. The above terms are subject to change without prior notice.

Please note that NobleThat is under NO obligation to send replacement/issue refund, for shipments/orders that are signed and delivered to the shipping address specified by the customer. Customers are responsible for the maintenance of purchased goods.
